All shipments are inspected, tested, and carefully packed by Windster Hoods, Inc. before departing from our warehouse. All packages delivered via freight or ground shipping must be fully inspected by the consumer, within (7) days of the delivery date, for damages due to improper handling during transit. Only damages reported within the (7) day inspection policy will qualify for a replacement (damaged items only) at no extra charge. All damages reported after the (7) day inspection policy will be subjected to both a replacement cost and a shipping charge.

In order to receive replacement parts for the damaged products, the consumer must acquire a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) from Windster Hoods, Inc. Replacement parts will only be shipped to the consumer, once the RMA # has been issued. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Windster Hoods, Inc. strives to offer only the best and highest quality materials available. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to obtain a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization). All returns/exchanges must be submitted within (30) days of the delivery date to qualify for a refund or an exchange. Returns/exchanges submitted after (30) days will not be honored. Returns sent without a RMA # will not be accepted.

There will be a 25% re-stocking fee for every damaged returned item. The shipping fee will also be deducted from the original purchased price. When returning a package, please include a copy of your sales receipt. Be sure to use the original shipping box and packaging materials and completely remove or conceal the previous shipping label. Returns will be subjected to inspection upon arrival. All hoods must be in pristine condition, uninstalled, un-drilled, and contain all the materials that were included in the package as when you first received it. If any parts or manuals are not present at the time of delivery to Windster Hoods, Inc. we will have the right to refuse the return.

All parts sales are final and non-refundable.

We suggest that you use a traceable and reputable carrier of your choice to ship your return. Your credit or refund will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date we receive your return.
